                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF GEORGIA AVENUE MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SUNDAY, MARCH 17, 1991
                   FROM 4:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M. FOR THE "ST.
                   PATRICK'S DAY CONCERT BENEFIT" SPONSORED BY
                   M. B. ENTERPRISES UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Georgia Avenue from 6th Street to Oak Street 

       on Sunday, March 17, 1991 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the
       presentation of the "St. Patrick's Day Concert Benefit" under the 

       sponsorship of M. B. Enterprises provided that the sponsor shall
       set out flasher barricades and warning signs in accordance with
       the traffic control plan attached hereto, and shall provide, at
       all times, an access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
